therapy and has a profound affect on our health. As well
as being a form of passive exercise, it improves

It works on the lymph system and helps with the
elimination of toxins and waste products. Massage also
aids the release of the bodies own tranquillizers from
the brain (endorphins), which in turn helps relieve

coconut, is used, and the treatment can produce a deep
feeling of relaxation. It is very important to drink
plenty of water after a massage to help flush through
